Can I return the car in another city?

Absolutely! That's our specialty. Pick up in Cappadocia and drop off anywhere in Turkey—such as Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara, or any other city—with no extra fee for one-way rentals.

What if my plans change?

We understand travel plans can change. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule at no extra cost.

Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes! We provide pickup from Kayseri Airport (ASR) and Nevşehir Airport (NAV). Just select your preferred airport when booking, and we'll be there to meet you.

What does the insurance cover?

The insurance is comprehensive, covering damage that occurs during lawful use of the vehicle in accordance with traffic regulations, except for the situations listed below. The renter will be fully responsible for any resulting damage in these cases: Accidents that occur on unpaved or dirt roads, Use of the vehicle for drifting, off-road driving, or similar non-standard activities, Accidents caused by violation of traffic laws. In such cases, the insurance is considered void and all costs are borne by the renter.

What about fuel?

You'll receive the car with the fuel level noted at pickup, and you should return it with the same amount. For example, if the tank is at a quarter when you receive it, please return it at a quarter. If you return the car with more fuel than it had at pickup (e.g., full instead of quarter), unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the extra fuel.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is due when we deliver your car. We accept cash (Turkish Lira or Euros), credit cards, and bank transfers. No prepayment or deposit required.

Is there a mileage limit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a daily limit of 200 km per rental. This distance is generally sufficient for exploring Cappadocia and for one-day use. If you plan to drive out of town or drop off the car in another city, this is included in the price. For distances beyond 200 km, an additional charge of 10 TL per extra kilometer applies. For example, if you drive 250 km: 50 km x 10 TL = 500 TL extra charge.

How does car delivery work?

A quick contract is signed. If the guest wishes, they can record a video of the car. Our staff gives a short briefing and explanation about the car, payment is received, and the delivery is completed.
